Founder, CEO, and lead designer, Vince Lebon, had a vision for the brand that went well beyond shoes. 

Vince partnered with EightySeven to focus, define, and refine his vision for the brand and the core brand fundamentals, brand story, and brand voice he needed to get there.

Our collaborative leadership workshop resulted in a Brand Constitution designed to unite his growing brand team and rally fans around the world as Rollie Nation moved into the future.

Rollie Nation had already earned international accolades for its innovative digital experience, and now they were in the process of opening their first Australian retail locations.

It was the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Rollies, and Vince knew exactly where he wanted to take the brand. EightySeven collaborated with Vince to bring focus and consistency to his vision, charting a course for the future that could unite and inspire a growing international team of designers and developers to elevate beyond shoes and become a true experience brand.

Vince earned his stripes designing for the likes of Adidas and Pensole, so he understood the power of compelling brand experiences. When he started Rollie Nation, he knew they’d need to elevate the brand beyond product and play a larger role in people’s lives if they were going to inspire true passion and loyalty. Now was the perfect time to make that happen.

Throughout the course of our workshop, we worked with Vince to clarify his vision and identify a focused north star idea the brand could follow to make it a reality.

Together, we identified an opportunity to build on their existing brand equity of innovative comfort and style, while positioning the brand as a champion of creativity that provides creators with the means to step beyond their comfort zones and build a more vibrant world.
