We worked with the Frontline leadership team to define their goals so we could design a strategic foundation and corresponding brand identity to get them there. Since Frontline serves everyone from individual homeowners to millionaire and billionaire developers, their refreshed brand must convey prestige, luxury, professionalism, and quality. We also found that they wanted to “remove the veil of boredom” and enhance the personality of their messaging to stand out from their competition.

In commercial real estate, it’s so important to always be thinking ahead and staying on the lookout for opportunities, otherwise you’ll fall behind quickly. This idea of momentum and progress inspired their refreshed brand voice. Frontline had a reputation for innovative marketing in the region and we wanted their new voice to reinforce that reputation.
“Forever Forward,” is a tagline that sets the tone and works for Frontline on so many levels. It speaks to their forward-thinking philosophy and culture of hustle, and it alludes to their company-wide commitment to moving the region forward overall. It also inspired a simple, repeatable headline construct and key messaging that speaks to momentum and progress.

The Frontline leadership team knew they couldn’t stop at voice, they needed to evolve their look, too.
Retaining brand equity was critical. EightySeven refreshed their existing logo system, colors, photography treatment, and brand fonts to convey a more modern, premium feel without abandoning the look they were known for. We also took great care in considering how the brand visuals could exist in the digital space, developing animations that commanded attention, illustrated progress, and played up the themes of momentum and progress.
