Fore-té Club Attire is a lifestyle brand that’s reimagining club sports attire for the modern woman. In a world where it’s typical for only a small corner of the pro shop to be reserved for women’s apparel and equipment, founders Andrea and Sean Houlihan saw the need for a fashionable, functional label that put ladies first.
Our studio partnered with them to craft a brand experience that speaks to and empowers women by helping them look and play their best from the course and courts to the clubhouse and beyond.

For too long women’s club sports attire has been characterized by unflattering fits, loud patterns, and bright patterns. Unlike men’s styles, it rarely delivers the versatility or functionality to serve as a go-to outfit for every activity. Andrea and Sean wanted to change that with a chic, flattering, well-priced option that let women look, feel, and perform their best without the need for a wardrobe change.
Fore-té is designed to disrupt the space by altering women’s expectations for what club fashion can be. They needed a brand experience that could fuse classic form with modern function to appeal to and empower both casual and competitive women to own their style in any club sport setting.
Fore-té was committed to honoring the traditions of club sports, both aesthetically and culturally, while dialing up the chic. So, we struck a balance between the classic and the contemporary with a brand experience that retained a sense of elegance and style regardless of context.
Fore-té’s diverse logo suite was built for utility in the fashion space. Its versatile typographic family balances classic and contemporary while maintaining legibility across mediums. Its warm, elegant palette with touches of cooler, natural hues and vibrant pops of color for that energetic flair. Its geometric accent patterns inspired golf course geography. And its actionable tagline, “Play to your strength,” that inspires with a bold, yet approachable brand voice.
It was all designed to accomplish Fore-té’s goal of honoring the traditions of club sports while appealing to and empowering the women who love them, from the casual socialites to the most hardcore competitors.
