Returns
We appreciate your support by wearing our gear, we want to make sure you love what you ordered. If there is a printing issue or visual problem with your order, please send a photo in an email (click here) and we can work to find a resolution for you.
Physical Products:
Because all products are printed and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizes. If there is an issue with your order, please email us as soon as possible, sometimes orders can be adjusted within the first few hours of being placed.
We will try our best, but we ask that you double check your order and remember to size up when ordering.
Digital Products:
If you’re unhappy with a digital product and would like a refund, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the product. Email us with your original order # and order receipt and we’ll refund you. Customers who have requested a refund for a digital product must delete all files related to the digital product and no longer have any rights or permissions to use the files.
If for any reason you lose your digital files, we’ll do our best to replace them. But if we have discontinued a product or no longer store the files on our servers, we will no longer be able to replace files. You are ultimately responsible for storing files in a safe place on your own computer.
